Early purchases are manually verified through PayPal. If activation cannot be completed after reasonable support, contact the seller for a refund review.

Refund window

Professional, Consultant, and Team licenses may be reviewed for refund within 7 days of purchase when the license cannot be activated or the software materially fails to match the sales description.

Not normally refundable

Refunds are not normally provided for buyer's remorse after successful activation, unsupported AI provider accounts, third-party API costs, custom Enterprise work already delivered, or violation of license terms.

Email the PayPal transaction ID, license request ID, machine code, and issue description to traxy111@163.com.
