Software License

This license applies to TG Decision Studio / TG 决策交付工作台. A paid license grants the right to use the software according to the purchased edition and the signed license token issued by the seller.

Editions

Professional is for personal decision work. Consultant permits paid client delivery. Team includes multi-seat workflow and delivery audit capabilities. Enterprise terms are agreed separately.

Restrictions

You may not resell license keys, share private seller keys, bypass activation, remove license checks, distribute cracked builds, or present TG Decision Studio as your own software product without written approval.

Model providers

You are responsible for your own AI provider accounts, API keys, model usage cost, data handling, and compliance with each provider's terms.

No guaranteed outcome

TG Decision Studio helps structure decisions and deliverables, but it does not guarantee business results, legal compliance, investment returns, medical outcomes, or financial performance.
